1. How long have you been a BAS?
Since my dear friend Kristin introduced me to the garage back in the fall of 2006. I am ever so thankful too because I have made so many amazing friends since I have been a scrapper!
2. How would you describe your scrapping
style?
Hmmm... that is a tough one. I feel as though I started out a "sticker scrapper" and then was truly introduced to the amazing art of scrappin' so now I would say vintage meets collage. I am a big advocate of using multiple materials from pennies to coffee sleeves. Basically, be creative!
3. What is your favorite product line?
Oh gosh, do I have to choose justone? I would have to say I am a Rusty Pickle person, but Wild Asparagus and 7 Gypsies comes in a close second.
4. What is you favorite scrapping snack?
COFFEE!!! I think it gives me an extra boost when cropping all night long!
5. What are your 3 essential scrapping items?
Dot roller, Trimmer and millions of embellishments!!! |

1. How long have you been a BAS?
Hmmm....Long enough to have great memories of the classes and shopping in the garage! I think about 5 years.
2. How would you describe your scrapping
style?
I love color...especially PINK...and love uncluttered layouts. I find the longer I scrapbook, the more my style changes....maybe it's just that I'm trying new things. I want the focus to be on the pictures in my layouts although I do love a little bling here and there.
3. What is your favorite product line?
Right now, I'd have to say one of my favorite product lines is Maya Road. They pretty much have all the embellishment shapes and materials I like to work with...chipboard, acrylic, felt, etc. Some of my other current favorites are Jenny Bowlin, Heidi Grace, Teresa Collins, Love Elsie, Heidi Swapp, PageFrames, Clear Scraps, Doodlebug, Bazzill, Making Memories, Urban Lily and who doesn't love Prima Marketing!
It's too hard to just name one! LOL!!
4. What is you favorite scrapping snack?
Diet Coke and M&M's since they melt in your mouth and not in your hands...or layouts, even though lately it's been jelly beans in honor of Easter.
5. What are your 3 essential scrapping items?
1. My ATG glue gun...which I have yet to personalize. Everytime it runs out of glue, I say I'm going to paint it pink and bling it up, but then I can't stand to be without it, so I just add more tape and close it up. Someday.
2. My computer for both playing with my photos (Photoshop CS2) and printing my journaling since I don't like my handwriting.
3. A good set of the basic tools.

1. How long have you been a BAS?
Hmm...this is a hard question. I've been scrapping for about 7+ years but it's only the past couple years that I have become an ADDICT!
2. How would you describe your scrapping
style?
I'm pretty simple and like my pages to look clean. Although I do have a tendency to mix a variety of colors together.
3. What is your favorite product line?
This question is very hard because I have sooooo many! I love the "Luxe There's the Rub" rubs ons. And I have a passion for any kind of "Alphabet" letters. I think that's another addiction.
4. What is you favorite scrapping snack?
Peanut m&m's, diet coke, coffee and anything else that keeps me going!
5. What are your 3 essential scrapping items?
I have to have my Cutter Bee Cutterpede, Herma adhesives (because I ALWAYS have to reposition my layouts) and the Crop a Dile.

1. How long have you been a BAS?
I believe it's been over 5 years! I remember when her kids were soo much younger! And that garage! It was soo fun!
2. How would you describe your scrapping
style?
I think I'm pretty versatile, although I love LOVE to accesorize and textures!! I tend to alter a bit, and I love unique ephemera! I scrap anything from my fiance to my latest fashion trend. I stay away from anything too perfect, although some of my best work has been linear.
3. What is your favorite product line?
I adore Love, Elsie...that woman is a GENIUS! I also like Basic Grey, American Crafts, Hambly, and October Afternoon! I'm also a big fan of Traci Bautista, who is not exclusive to the scrapbooking world, but is so very talented and unique!! And I'm trying my hands on painting more. Crackle paint is the best invention!
4. What is you favorite scrapping snack?
Hmmm, I try not to be eating while I scrap. But if I'm hungry, I go for baked chips or a banana!
5. What are your 3 essential scrapping items?
There's a reason why Suzy needs to keep restocking the 3L tape---sometimes, I buy 10 at a time!! I also need my cutter and my scissors. With those three, I can make, cut, or adhere anything! |

1. How long have you been a BAS?
I have been a Bay Area Scrapper for about 4 years. My
first time at the garage was such an experience. I was expecting
to find a regular store front. I am glad I went it. Yes Suzy knows
the story. Suzy and the mechanics are so much fun to be with.
2. How would you describe your scrapping
style?
I don't have a particular style. It all depends of what it is I
am scrapping.
3. What is your favorite product line?
It is hard to narrow it to one product line. I just can't get
enough of stamps, inks, punches and patterned paper.
4. What is you favorite scrapping snack?
Either a diet coke or a frappucino.
5. What are your 3 essential scrapping items?

1. How long have you been a BAS?
I've been a Bay Area Scrapper for over 5 years I think.
It's been a long time!
2. How would you describe your scrapping
style?
*lol* This is the question I always hate to answer because I can
never truly define my style! I think I would have to say that it's
pretty eclectic - I like gathering inspiration from other scrappers
and modifying them to suit my tastes and needs... but I love clean
lines so I lean toward more of a graphic design kind of feel. Is
that a style? *lol*
3. What is your favorite product line?
It's too hard to choose one! I love American Crafts, Scenic Route,
Hambly, and 7gypsies - those are the ones I reach for the most!
4. What is you favorite scrapping snack?
I usually don't eat when I scrap... but I do love
having ice cold water and Chocolate & Peanut Butter Chex Mix
by my side!
5. What are your 3 essential scrapping items?
trimmer & scissors adhesive - all kinds: ATG,
glue dots, Herma tabs, Glossy Accents, 3L - you never know what
your layout or project might need! ruler - I'm always finding the
need to measure things! |

I tend to like monochromatic and softer, muted colors when I scrap,
plus lots of flowers, ribbons, and bling.
3. What is your favorite product line?
I love Basic Grey, My Mind's Eye, Fancy Pants, Prima - you know,
I don't think that there is much out there in the land of scrapping
that I don't like:)
4. What is you favorite scrapping snack?
Iced Tea , water, and Saure Johanesbeeren (a gummy

1. How long have you been a BAS?
My first visit to Suzy's garage was memorable like the
day of my children's birth (except without the pain)!!! The smell
of glue, the sound of paper being cut and the oath of what happens
at the garage stays at the garage---I felt complete. I have only
been a BAS for less than a year--but it feels like a lifetime :)
2. How would you describe your scrapping
style?
My style is whatever I feel like that day. I really do not have
a certain style.
3. What is your favorite product line?
Heidi Grace, hands down. She is my hero--I want to be her when
I grow up!
4. What is you favorite scrapping snack?
Starbucks--chai tea latte w/soy no water and their
organic oatmeal raisin cookie (warmed--yummmy!!!!). The green and
white sign makes me feel warm all over--what's reaaaallllly cool
is the drive-thru Starbucks off of I-880 on the way to Picture Me
Perfect (how convenient!)
5. What are your 3 essential scrapping items?
Oh, the pressure to only list THREE...I would have
to say ribbon, chipboard and lots of patterned paper (paper is like
shoes--you can never have too many!) |

2. How would you describe your scrapping

I am still in the process of "finding my one true style".

3. What is your favorite product line?

4. What is you favorite scrapping snack?

1. How long have you been a BAS?
I heard about Suzy and The Garage a few years ago. My friends
and I always wanted to check out the place, but never got around
to it. Finally, when we finally did less than a year ago, we were
hooked! It feels like I’ve known Suzy and the rest of the
crew for so long!
2. How would you describe your scrapping
style?
My style has always been straight and square. Maybe a tilted picture
here or there, but pretty much, everything is linear. I stick with
my tried-and-true products, but I do like to experiment with the
new trends, too. I have been creating more one-photo layouts than
I ever have before.
3. What is your favorite product line?
Can we change that question to product lines? For all-around
product choices, I’d have to say Making Memories. I’ve
been into striped, checked and floral papers since before it became
such a trendy thing, so, of course, I love KI Memories and Chatterbox
for their paper. And Bazzill makes great paper, too.
4. What is you favorite scrapping snack?
I normally don t snack while scrapbooking. Although the distressed
look is in now, I don t think chocolate and soda stains are acid-free.
But, I do love those chocolate chip meringue cookies from Trader
Joe’s. They aren’t too messy and are good to snack on
while I’m typing up journaling on my computer.
5. What are your 3 essential scrapping
items?
1. Making Memories Rub-On Alphabets: I think I almost have every
font and color. They re so cool!
2. DCWV Mat Stacks: I like the kind that has textured paper similar
to Bazzill in a range of solid colors. Since they come in pads ranging
in size from 3x3 to 12x12, they re perfect for scrapbooking and
cards!
3. Designing With 2005 Calendar: This purchase has been better than
any idea book or magazine I’ve ever purchased. It’s
a cute calendar that’s jam-packed with great layout ideas! |
